Master Class in Sustainability, David.

GreenLight, the not-for-profit social enterprise of Geelong Sustainability Inc has launched an online Sustainability Master Class, specifically designed for an intensive, interactive, online, adult learning environment.

It is part of a new suite of services to give households and business owners the ability to put their sustainability goals into action.

GS David Spear - GreenLight Executive Officer April 2020 (1)

GreenLight executive officer David Spear tells us more “Many of us strive to live as sustainably as possible, working within the limits of our own knowledge and resources.

“Each Master Class is delivered in four 2 hour online sessions via video conference; with one session delivered each week over four consecutive weeks; 8 hours of tuition in total.

“The Master classes will deliver highly practical skills and knowledge that can be put into action immediately. They have a limit of 12 per class and run on demand, so organise a group of like-minded enthusiasts to extend your ability to make an impact.

“We’ve designed a set of focused and intensive programs delivered online by respected sustainability experts.”

GreenLight offers energy efficiency and solar feasibility assessments and sustainability project advice, which can be delivered to clients remotely.

“While you’re cooped up in mandatory isolation it’s a perfect time to take action on your sustainability goals and aspirations at home, at work, and in your community.

“GreenLight’s services can be delivered remotely so you can get on with implementing your sustainability goals regardless of COVID-19.

To celebrate their launch, GreenLight is giving away two Residential Efficiency Scorecard Assessments valued at $495 each. The assessments showing households where they can save money, increase comfort, and how to get a significant price premium for the sale of their home.
